Introduction of Raised Floor Outlet Box

Raised floor outlet box is a type of electrical enclosure specifically designed for use in buildings with raised access floors.A high quality range of raised floor outlet boxes to provide power and data to desks within the modern office environment. The raised floor box suitable for use in raised floors such as steel,woodcore,calcium sulphate structured raised access floors.

The raised floor box is supplied as a kit which includes the floor box and cover and the box is supplied with dividers for quick and easy configuration as either a 2 or 4 compartment box.In the case of very heavy traffic a robust steel sub-frame can be used to support the lid. The sub-frame doesn’t restrict space for wiring and accessories and also allows for fine adjustments to be made to accommodate uneven flooring.

Structure of Raised Floor Outlet Box

1.Customers choose different raised floor outlet box panel sizes according to their needs.Multi functional raised access floor outlet box height of the receptacle case is according to customer’s normally it is no less than 65mm.

2.Inside the receptacle, use Model 86 panels or two- position Model 118 or two- position Model 120 functional parts can be arbitrarily combined to suit both strong or weak power supply.

3.The up-extended wings of the bottom case are used to fixed on the steel floor, and can be adjusted accordingly as per thickness of the floor therefore it can be easily installed. Even all raised access floors are laid, it can be still flexibly installed through preserved hole.

4.The opening handle and the wire exit on the panel are designed separately so it is flexible for use.

5.There is the support at the wire exit of the panel. It can be effectively protect cable wire in normal use. In addition the sponge layer is set at the wire exit to prevent dust in use.

6.The wire exit is 10 mm higher than the ground therefore it is more reasonable, safer and more humanized than that of traditional one, even it is trampled nobody shall be stumbled or fall down. Meanwhile cable wires are protected.
